Schools Programme
For many years, New Forest Activities has been working directly with schools, providing outdoor education to school children in accordance with the National Curriculum.
Schools are able to come to the New Forest and camp for one, two or three days. The children learn life skills of teamwork, respect and how to have a good time in the outdoors.
These programmes are able to achieve a great deal of personal development for the children involved. Programmes are specifically tailored for each school group that comes to the New Forest.
We are also able to come to the school and run an outdoor education programme during the term time.
This side of New Forest Activities is headed by Colin Andrews.
Between us we have many, many years experience in the provision of developmental programmes to school children both on and off site. The sky is the limit in terms of what we can provide, including expedition work.
