About Us
New Forest Activities was established by Colin and Lindsay Andrews over 15 years ago. The original idea was to provide activities for youngsters in the local area during the summer holidays. Not only did their children benefit from attending the camps, but the Andrews boys are now part of the team that runs the activities.
There has always been a family atmosphere to the New Forest Activities camps, and whilst Colin and Lindsay will take a back seat as far as the activity camps are concerned, the friendly and caring ethos will be carried forward by their sons and from the new team.
In 2006 the Summer Activity Camps moved location from Blunts Barn (Colin and Lindsay’s house) to the exquisite grounds of Moyles Court School. At the same time a new team took over the running of the activity camps. This team is still linked to the Andrews family (Kate is Colin’s goddaughter) and are vastly experienced in the outdoor education and training fields.
The staffing for New Forest Activities makes the difference between a good set-up and a great set-up. All activities are run by qualified and experienced members of staff who enjoy the work and understand that the kids are our priority.
Staff training is continuous to ensure that our quality remains at the top of the class.
New Forest Activities is registered with OFSTED and the local education authority.
